buck passing
"vassago" was supposed to be "The Name" for the account across many systems. (as opposed to Shtikbot, etc).
Let us entirely shift "vassago" to be "multi chat interface", and all the fun and interesting features can be externalized into a microservice-oriented architecture.
they can break on their own, or be hooked up individually, or be written in a non-dotnet language, or live on different machines, or take a long time, etc
escape route
an arbitrary deadline for me to say "good enough, fuck it" and chase the next squirrel.
once the buck is passed, these issues can be solved for funsies, or externally, who knows.
vassago won't be the first, and it won't be the last. but it could be the first do-everything be-everywhere bot.
which should help push the ideology of "communities independent of platforms".
if we want to go that route.
