going to have to have everything subject to various filters to fit within local rules - some jokes are lewd, all the snark features are mean.

probably functionally similar to how you can't post images in twitch chat, for example

filters are in. max attachment bytes works. I think. I think allegedly bots get 25MB but I'm seeing 8 from the API
