every so often, should go through DB and clean up after itself -

kill orphans (most likely, Users with no accounts)
join self (it's normally a command a person runs, but as a bot how long should I wait to do it myself)

you should be able to collapse self when you create a self-account. If you look around a channel and see that you're there, that's you, collapse/join/etc.
