it's kind of... one long program.cs:Main(). For draft 2:

split out into an intermediary file for each. that's the actual core here. then modularize out:

  • notes
  • title cards
  • primary VO placeholder
  • alt VO placeholder

all as text files. Because then we can see if they've changed.
