jank solution 1 (credits.sh) - fine when I work alone
jank solution 2 (jenkins -> kafka -> directors assistant -> credits.sh) - fine unless I happen to be working at the same time as others

let us do it right, for real. A goddamn service that can act from a webhook.
then we can expand (or copy) it into other automated shit; descriptor, etc.
