something that jenkins can kick off when script.md is updated. I have script-stripper somewhere, which kind of sucks, but it does some of this.

Intake script.md and:

cut primary VO lines into its own text file (keep this, for wordcount reasons)
get a placeholderVO.wav from that text file
ditto for secondary VO lines (you still want the text file, for when you take it to elevenlabs) (old script-stripper has a method for this)
generate title cards (titlecard works, the old script-stripper counts them properly)
generate note images (note.sh works, on balaam)
